1. Is it possible to find an engineer just by knowing her/his family name?



Yes, It is. There are two ways to do so:

1- In ICC Home Page: Just enter the family name in edit box of the "Engineer Database Table" and hit Enter. 2- In the "Engineers Section" Main Page: Enter the family name in the appropriate edit box and then click on "Search" button.

2. I am looking for a civil engineer with the major of earthquake engineering, holding an M.Sc. Degree, which resides currently in Tehran. How could I find him?



You can find such a person simply by using the advanced search options for Engineers Database. To do this, click on "Search by Profession..." link in ICC Home Page: Now set the "Search Options" to your needed ones and click on "Search" button to find the members with the appropriate professions.

3. I am looking for a civil engineer with the Supervision Level of three, which his/her "Supervision Commitment Certificate" is valid and resides in Tehran province. How could I find such an engineer?



First, go to the "Engineers: Advanced Search" Main Page. (See Question No. 2)

Now, select the check box near the "Supervision Commitment Certificate" in the "License to Practice Engineering Career" section. In addition, select the supervision level of 3 (from the appropriate drop-down menu list) and set the other required options. The program will limit the search results to the members who have "Supervision Commitment Certificate" available.
