Companies: How to Login the Control Panel and Edit My Company Profile?

  1. May I edit & update my company information?

    2. In order to edit your company profile, you need first to login your own control panel. To do this, simply click on "Control Panel" button in "Companies Database Table" in ICC Home Page:

    In order to login your control panel, you should enter the username (your e-mail address) and the password in the required fields, plus entering the security code (in order to prevent automated login by a computer) as it is shown in the box:

  2. Which services are available in the Control Panel?

    3. After you have logged in your control panel, your can:

    - Add/Edit the following information of the company:
    * Upload logo of the company...
    * Upload catalogue of the company...
    * History of the company...
    * List of sub-Activities/Services/Products...
    * List of Special Equipment of the company...
    * List of National/International Memberships & Awards...
    * List of the Current & Competed Projects of the Company
    * Major of Activities (up to 3 Main Activities)
    * Certificates
    * Contact Details

    - Edit Representative Info

    - Change your Password

    - Add/Edit Company Advertisements

    - View Company Account Status

  3. How can I upload my company logo?

    4. In your Control Panel Home Page, click on "Edit Company Profile...", then click on "Upload Logo of the Company..." & follow the instructions on screen.

  4. How can I upload the catalogue/brochure of my company products/services?

    5. In your Control Panel Home Page, click on "Edit Company Profile...", then click on "Upload Catalogue of the Company..." & follow the instructions on screen.

  5. Is it possible to change the company representative information?

    6. Yes, it is. In your Control Panel Home Page, click on "Edit Representative Info..." link; you may now change & update the Name, Position at Company, E-mail & Phone Number. Do not forget to hit "Save changes" when you finished the job.

  6. How can I change my password?

    7. You, as the company representative, should login your Company Control Panel first in order to change your company password. In your Control Panel Main Page, Click on "Change Password..." link & follow the instructions on screen.

  7. I have forgotten my username/password. How could I retrieve them?

    8. If you have forgotten your company password, you can retrieve it by clicking on "Forgot Password?" link & following the instructions on screen. [You may find the mentioned link in "Your Company Control Panel Main Page" (See Question No. 1)].
