Companies: How to Add/Edit My Company's Advertisements?

  1. What is the Companies Advertising System? And what are the benefits?

  2. The Company Representative can add or edit the company advertisements by using the Companies Advertising System.

    The Companies Advertising System benefits are:

     - There are six different types of advertisements available for each company in English & Persian languages (hence, totally 12 different simultaneous ads. for each company).
    The advertisements are in the following types:
     * Products/Services Promotion
     * Tender
     * Request
     * Auction
     * Employment
     * Announcement

     - Animated GIF files and Flash Movies are supported, which makes the advertisements more attractive and effective for the visitors.

     - There is a time schedule available for each advertisement. There could be defined a time window for each advertisement to be visible to the public only in the pre-defined time window.

     - The Advanced Search Options gives the premium service to the online users to search and find the appropriate advertisements with just a few clicks.

     - The latest updated advertisements are shown in the Companies Home Page.

  3. What types of Advertisement are available in the Advertising System?

  4. The Following types of Advertisements are currently supported:
     * Products/Services Promotion
     * Tender
     * Request
     * Auction
     * Employment
     * Announcement

  5. Is it possible to use Animated GIF Files and Flash Movies beside the Advertisement text?

  6. Yes, it is. It is possible to use Images and Flash Movie files beside the Advertisement text. The valid file types are: SWF, JPEG, GIF and PNG.

  7. Does it cost to use the Companies Advertising System?

  8. Yes, it does. The companies will be charged in order to use the Advertising System. Companies' representatives may purchase the required credit by entering his/her company Control Panel and clicking the "Purchase More Credit" or "Opening a New Account" button and following the instructions on screen.

    The Credits are based on Time Window. There are four options for purchasing the credits, i.e.; 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months and 1 Year. As the higher credit is purchased, more saving (up to 50%) and bonus will be given to the companies.

    It should be mentioned that "1 Month" Credit will be dedicated to the companies free of charge as they are registered in ICC Database. The free "1 Month Credit" gives the opportunities to the companies to use and become familiar with the advertising system and also evaluate the feedback and benefits of the advertising system.

  9. How could I check my Company Account Status?

  10. You (as your company's representative) should first enter the control panel of your company. To do this, please kindly see Question No. 1 in "FAQ - Companies: How to Login the Control Panel and Edit My Company Profile?" Section.

    In the Control Panel Main Page, you would see the Company's Account Summary. If you wish to see the company account status, you should click on the "Company Account Status" link. There you can check your company invoices, inventories and the history of all previous accounts (if applicable).

  11. How can I purchase the Credit for my Company Account?

  12. To purchase Credit for your company account, you should first enter your company control panel. To do this, please kindly see Question No. 1 in "FAQ - Companies: How to Login the Control Panel and Edit My Company Profile?" Section.

    In the Control Panel Main Page, you may click on "Purchase More Credits" or "Opening a New Account" buttons (depending on your Company Account Status) and follow the instructions on screen.

  13. How can I add or edit an advertisement?

  14. In the main page of your Company Control Panel, click on "Edit Company Advertisements..." link.
    [To learn how to enter your Company Control Panel, please kindly see Question No. 1 in "FAQ - Companies: How to Login the Control Panel and Edit My Company Profile?" Section.]

    Now, select an advertisement type and click on the appropriate link. We assume you have chosen "Announcement" type for instance.

    You should now fill in and set the following required fields:
    Title and Body Text of the Advertisement: The maximum length allowed for the ad. description is 5000 characters.
    You may wish to add an image to your ad text. You can also set a time window for your ad to be displayed to the online users only in that pre-defined period.
    Finally, you should set the Advertisement Status (Active or Inactive). The Advt. Status feature allows you to specify whether the advertisement should be displayed to the website visitors (Active) or to be temporarily invisible (Inactive).

    Do not forget to click on "Save Changes" button when you have set all the required fields.

  15. Is it possible to make an advertisement temporarily inactive?

  16. Yes, it is. The "Advt. Status" feature allows you to do this. Please see Question No. 7 for more details.
